Studio Floor Terms
1. What the Studio Floor is
The Studio Floor is the part of CasinoHub where slot studios (game providers) talk with players about their games: discussions, player reviews, live AMAs and FAQs. These Studio Floor Terms apply on top of the CasinoHub Terms of Service; where the two differ, these terms govern your use of the Floor.
The Floor is about games as entertainment products: their design, maths, features, art and sound. It is not a place to gamble, to arrange gambling, or to give or receive gambling advice.
2. Who can post
Anyone can read the Floor. To reply, vote, react, ask questions or post reviews, you sign in with Twitch, Kick or Discord.
You must be 18 or older to post. The first time you post, you are asked to tick "I accept the Studio Floor Terms and confirm I am 18 or older". We store that acceptance with the date, time and terms version (currently version 1). If we change these terms in a way that matters, we ask you to accept again before your next post.
Your display name, avatar and sign-in platform are shown next to your posts.
3. Official studio accounts
Only studios verified by CasinoHub get a Floor space. Posts from a studio's verified team carry the Official badge, and only that team can open threads in its own space. We verify that an account belongs to the studio before granting the badge, and we can remove it if that stops being true.
Studios answer as game makers. Nothing a studio posts is a promise about winnings, a guarantee of RTP at any particular casino, or an offer to play. Operators may run different configurations of a game; check in the game before you play.
4. What is not allowed
No casino links, affiliate or referral links, promo codes, deposit offers or invitations to gamble, from players or studios.
No harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, sexual content, or content that targets minors or people who have self-excluded from gambling.
No spam, repeated posts, vote manipulation or multiple accounts used to inflate reviews, votes or reactions.
No impersonating a studio, a streamer or CasinoHub, and no posting other people's personal data.
No content you do not have the right to share, and nothing unlawful where you or we are based.
5. Reviews
One review per player per slot thread. Reviews must reflect your own experience of the game. Studios may not offer anything in return for reviews or ratings, and may not ask players to change or remove one.
Scores are averages of the reviews players post; they are opinions, not test results, and say nothing about how a game pays out at any casino.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give CasinoHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on the Floor and in search results and previews of Floor pages, for as long as it is on the Floor.
Floor pages are public and may be indexed by search engines. Do not post anything you would not want to be public.
7. Moderation
CasinoHub can hide posts and threads and lock threads that break these terms. Studios can lock and pin threads in their own space. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to losing the ability to post.
To report a post, or to contest a moderation decision, write to contact@casinohub.app with the link to the post and the reason. We handle reports under the notice-and-action process described in our Terms of Service.
