Studio Pro terms
1. What Studio Pro is
Studio Pro is an optional paid plan for studios on the Studio Floor, the community on casinohub.app/floor where verified slot studios talk with players. It is provided by CasinoHub, which operates casinohub.app ("we", "us").
These terms apply between us and the studio that subscribes ("you"). They add to the Studio terms for deals and fees and to the community rules, which apply to every studio on the Floor whether on Pro or not.
2. Who can subscribe
Studio Pro is a business-to-business service. Only a studio that CasinoHub has verified on the Floor can subscribe, and only the owner seat on the studio's team can start, change or cancel it.
By subscribing, the owner confirms they are authorised to bind the studio, and that the studio buys Pro for its business and not as a consumer.
3. What Pro includes
- Idea Labs: invite-only rooms with selected players
- Idea Challenges: brief the community, shortlist pitches
- Playtest recruiting from the most active players
- Analytics: sentiment, theme and mechanic demand, review trends
- Tournament tools: brackets, results, on-stream widget
- Featured placement on your slot and provider pages
We improve these features over time. We will not remove a core feature during a period you have already paid for without telling you first and offering a pro-rata refund of the unused time.
4. Price, billing and taxes
The price is shown in the Studio console before you pay. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, on CasinoHub's own account; Stripe processes the card and we never see full card details. Taxes such as VAT are added at checkout where they apply, and you can add your company's tax ID there.
Invoices and receipts are available in Manage billing (Stripe's customer portal) in the console. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and Pro stays on meanwhile; if it still fails after the retries, Pro ends.
Renewals can take a moment to confirm, so Pro stays on for up to 2 days past a paid period while a renewal goes through. This grace never extends a cancelled subscription.
Where online payment isn't offered yet, we set Pro up by agreement and these terms apply in the same way.
5. Cancellation and ending
You can cancel at any time in Manage billing. Pro then stays on until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Payments already made are not refunded for part-used months, except where the law requires it.
We may end Pro if the studio's verification is withdrawn, if these terms or the community rules are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if a payment is not made. If we end Pro for any other reason, we refund the unused prepaid time.
When Pro ends, the studio keeps its space, threads, history and ideas pitched to it. Pro-only tools (for example opening new Idea Labs or Idea Challenges) are locked again; existing content stays readable.
6. Complimentary and manual grants
We may grant Pro without payment, for example for launch partners or by separate agreement, either until a stated date or until withdrawn. A grant that runs alongside a paid subscription never shortens the paid period: whichever runs longer applies.
7. Analytics and player privacy
Pro analytics are aggregated. They never contain players' names, account ids or contact details. Floor-wide figures, such as theme and mechanic demand from idea cards, are anonymised: any group backed by fewer than five different players is hidden. Idea cards from invite-only Idea Labs never feed figures that other studios can see.
You may use analytics for your own business decisions. You must not try to identify individual players from them, combine them with other data to do so, or resell them.
8. Featured placement
With Pro, your Studio Floor space is featured on your slot and provider pages on casinohub.app: a block showing your live AMA, open Idea Challenge and recent Floor threads, labelled as coming from your official Floor space. We decide the design and position of that block and may change them.
Featured placement never changes our own content: slot figures, reviews, rankings and editorial text on casinohub.app are not influenced by Pro.
9. What Pro never buys
Pro never buys, boosts or influences player points, reputation, votes, review scores, leaderboards, moderation decisions or contest results. Players' reputation can never be bought by anyone and has no cash value.
Pro does not allow real-money play, casino bonus codes, deposit offers or operator promotions in your space. Play on the Floor uses free demo links only, and contests stay free to enter.
10. Ideas, Idea Labs and deals
Pitches you receive through Idea Challenges and Idea Labs are covered by the idea submission and IP terms and the Idea Lab confidentiality terms. Options, deals, payouts to players and CasinoHub's success fee are covered by the studio terms for deals and fees, not by Pro: Pro does not include or discount the success fee.
11. Changes
We give at least 30 days' notice by email to the studio owner before a price change takes effect; it applies from your next renewal after the notice period. Other changes to these terms are posted here with a new date. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it applies.
12. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Floor and Pro available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
