Privacy and your data
1. Who runs the Floor
The Studio Floor at casinohub.app/floor is run by CasinoHub, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@casinohub.app.
2. What we store
- Sign-ins: which provider you used (Twitch, Kick, Discord, Google, Apple or an email link), the account id the provider gives us, your username, display name and avatar, and an email address when the provider shares one. We note whether the provider verified that address. We keep no Google or Apple access tokens.
- Your Floor profile: display name, avatar, reputation, badges, whether you are a verified streamer, and the country you chose to declare (private).
- What you create: posts, reviews, AMA questions, idea cards (with the timestamp and content hash that prove who pitched what, and when), poll votes, playtest feedback and contest entries.
- What you do: upvotes, reactions, follows, and the notifications sent to you, plus a short log of which emails or Discord messages went out.
- Your acceptance of the Studio Floor Terms: the version and the time you ticked the box (including your confirmation that you are 18 or older).
- Security data: a hashed session token, a hashed IP address for limiting sign-in emails, and the country your connection comes from when you enter a contest.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the Floor you signed up for: show your posts under your name, count your votes, keep your follows and inbox (contract).
- To send emails and Discord messages you leave switched on (your choice, changeable any time).
- To keep the Floor safe: rate limits, moderation, reports and fraud checks (legitimate interest).
- To keep records a deal or a payout requires by law (legal obligation).
4. Who sees what
- Everyone: your display name, avatar, posts, public ideas, reputation, badges and streamer badge.
- Studios: what you post in their space, and Idea Lab work you share in a lab you joined (under the Idea Lab confidentiality terms). Studio analytics and insight reports use aggregated, anonymised data only.
- Nobody else: your email addresses, country, sign-ins, follows and notifications.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
5. Emails and Discord messages
Everything reaches your Floor inbox. Emails go only to an address a provider verified or you confirmed with a sign-in link, at most one every 10 minutes (invitations and deal updates excepted). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Discord messages are off until you switch them on, and come from the CasinoHub bot. Choose per kind under My Floor › Notifications.
6. How long we keep it
As long as you have Floor data, or until you delete it. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and are erased within a day. Deal and payout records are kept for as long as the law requires, without your profile attached once you delete your data.
7. Your rights
- See and take your data: Download my Floor data gives you one JSON file with everything above.
- Correct it: change your name and country under Account.
- Delete it: Delete my Floor data removes your votes, reactions, follows, notifications, settings, reputation and profile, and turns your posts and ideas into “Deleted player”. You can also close the player account itself, which is shared with streamer sites and /live.
- Object, restrict or complain: write to contact@casinohub.app, or to your data protection authority.
8. Age
The Floor is for people aged 18 or older. You confirm this when you accept the Studio Floor Terms. There is no real-money play on the Floor.
9. Services we rely on
Hosting (Vercel), the database (Supabase), our email provider, Discord for the messages you opt into, the sign-in providers you choose (Google, Apple, Twitch, Kick, Discord), and Stripe where a deal payout uses it. Each only gets what it needs for its part.
10. Changes
When this page changes in a way that matters, we update the date above and tell you on the Floor. Questions: contact@casinohub.app.
