Idea Lab confidentiality
1. What an Idea Lab is
An Idea Lab is an invite-only room on the Studio Floor where a verified studio works on game concepts with players it selected. Only invited members who accepted these terms, the studio's verified team and, for rule enforcement only, CasinoHub administrators and moderators can see inside it. Labs are not indexed by search engines and are never shown in public lists.
2. Who agrees to what
These terms are mutual. The studio accepts them when it opens a lab; each player accepts them before entering. The version, date and time of each acceptance are recorded.
3. What is confidential
Everything shared inside the lab: the brief, posts and replies, idea cards and their sketches, comments, and who the members are. It does not include information that was already public, becomes public without anyone breaking these terms, was developed independently without using lab information (and can be shown to have been), or that you are required to disclose by law.
4. What players promise
Keep lab information to yourself: don't post, stream, screenshot, share or discuss it outside the lab, and use it only to take part in the lab.
Pitch only ideas you are free to share, as in the Idea submission terms.
5. What the studio promises
Keep members' ideas, cards and sketches confidential inside its own team, and use them only to evaluate them: to shortlist, take an option or offer a deal.
6. Proof inside the lab
Lab cards are timestamped and hashed like public cards. The hash and time can be confirmed on the verify page without revealing anything about the card, and members can recompute a card's hash in their browser from the lab itself.
7. How long it lasts
While you are a member and for two years after you leave, are removed or the lab closes, or until the information becomes public without a breach, whichever comes first. Leaving a lab does not end your duty for what you already saw.
8. CasinoHub's role
CasinoHub runs the Studio Floor, stores lab content with access limited to the people above, and may look inside a lab only to enforce the community rules, respond to a report or meet a legal obligation. CasinoHub is not a party to any deal between a studio and a player.
9. Breaking these terms
A member who breaks these terms may be removed from the lab and from the Studio Floor. A studio that breaks them may lose its Idea Labs and its verified space. This does not limit any rights either side has under the law.
10. Changes and contact
If these terms change, members are asked to accept the new version before they can enter the lab again. Questions: contact@casinohub.app.
