These Terms of Service govern your use of casinohub.app and the tools reachable from it ("CasinoHub", "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. The service is built for creators whose content concerns casino games, and it is not intended for minors.
Questions about these terms: contact@casinohub.app.
CasinoHub is streaming software. It provides on-screen overlays for OBS, a chat bot, chat and viewer interaction features, loyalty points, giveaways, statistics and layout tools for livestreamers on Twitch, Kick, YouTube and Discord.
CasinoHub is not a gambling operator. We do not run a casino, sportsbook or betting service. We do not offer games of chance or skill for money, do not accept stakes or wagers, do not hold player funds and do not process gambling transactions of any kind.
The loyalty points in the service are free, non-monetary channel points. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, cannot be paid out, and cannot be exchanged for money or for anything of monetary value outside a streamer's own channel rewards. They are a engagement mechanic, comparable to the channel points of other streaming tools.
Nothing in the service is gambling advice or an inducement to gamble. If gambling stops being fun, help is available — in the UK at begambleaware.org, in Germany at bzga.de, and through the national helpline in your country.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at contact@casinohub.app if you believe it has been used without your permission.
You may connect third-party platforms to your account. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts, and your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to act against, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where we do, we will tell you the reason and, unless we are legally prevented, give you a way to respond.
You keep ownership of everything you create or upload: images, video, sound, text, links, layouts, store items, casino profiles and anything else you put into the service. You grant us only the licence we need to host it, process it and display it in the way the features require — for example rendering your overlay in your OBS browser source or serving your public pages.
You are solely responsible for that content. CasinoHub provides tools; it does not review, endorse, verify or monitor what streamers put into them. We do not check, and cannot be held responsible for, the links, images, videos, sounds, texts, offers, bonus terms, affiliate or referral links, casino recommendations or any other material a streamer publishes, shares or displays using the service — whether that appears in an overlay, on a linktree or landing page, in a chat message sent by the bot, in a store item, or anywhere else the tools can output.
In particular, any offer, bonus, promotion, odds, terms or claim that a streamer presents through CasinoHub is that streamer's own. It is not ours, we do not warrant its accuracy, availability or legality in your jurisdiction, and we are not a party to any relationship that results from it. The same applies to any third-party website reached through a link a streamer has placed: we have no control over its content and accept no responsibility for it.
As a hosting service within the meaning of Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), we do not have general monitoring obligations. Where we are notified of illegal content, we will act expeditiously to remove it or disable access to it.
Notice and action. If you believe content published through CasinoHub is illegal or breaches these terms, write to contact@casinohub.app with the location (a URL or the channel and feature concerned), an explanation of why, and how we can reach you. We will confirm receipt, assess it, act where required, and inform you and — where appropriate — the affected streamer of the decision and the reasons for it. Streamers may contest a decision by replying to that notice.
Do not use the service to publish or distribute anything unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or infringing on someone else's rights.
Do not target minors, and do not promote gambling to people who are under the legal age in their jurisdiction or who have self-excluded.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or the underlying infrastructure; do not probe or test its security without our written permission; do not scrape it beyond what our published APIs allow; and do not use it to send spam or to overload it.
Do not misrepresent the service as your own product, and do not present CasinoHub as a gambling operator or as the source of any offer.
Follow the rules of the platforms you connect. A breach of Twitch's, Kick's, YouTube's, Discord's or Spotify's terms through our tools is also a breach of these terms.
The service integrates with platforms we do not control. Their availability, rate limits, policies and pricing can change without notice, and features that depend on them may change or stop working as a result. That is outside our control and is not a defect in the service.
CasinoHub uses YouTube API Services. By using those features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, and Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy applies to Google's handling of data. You can revoke our access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Links from the service to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data.
We aim to keep the service available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upstream outages and faults happen.
We develop the service continuously and may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what the service does for you, we will give you reasonable notice.
We take reasonable care with your data and keep backups, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you could not stand to lose.
The service is currently provided free of charge. Optional paid add-ons may be offered; where they are, their price, billing period and cancellation terms are stated before you order, and any statutory right of withdrawal is set out at that point.
If we introduce charges for something that is free today, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without agreeing first.
The service itself — its software, design, brand and documentation — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use it, and nothing more.
Slot names, game artwork, provider names, casino brands and platform marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance in the service implies no affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — in particular liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and, where the law provides, for intent and gross negligence, for the absence of a guaranteed characteristic, or under product liability legislation.
Subject to that, we are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only where an obligation essential to the purpose of the contract is breached, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract.
Beyond that we are not liable, and in particular we are not liable for losses arising from content published by streamers, from third-party sites or offers reached through the service, from your dealings with any casino, operator or advertiser, from gambling losses of any kind, or from the acts or outages of the platforms we integrate with.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this section.
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you published or because of how you used the service, you will hold us harmless from that claim and from the reasonable costs of defending it — unless the claim arises from our own breach of these terms or from something we are responsible for.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate these terms on reasonable notice, or immediately where you have materially breached them or where we are legally required to.
On termination your right to use the service ends. We will delete or anonymise your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must retain something by law.
These terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We may amend these terms where there is a valid reason — a change to the service, or to the law. We will give you reasonable notice of a material change. If you do not accept it, you may stop using the service and close your account before it takes effect.
If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
