Getting the numbers in

Participants and their wagered totals can be entered manually or imported in bulk, which is how most casino leaderboards work in practice — the figures come from an operator on a schedule rather than from an API you control.

The import is designed for messy real data: it matches existing participants rather than creating duplicates when a name arrives formatted differently.

Prizes and positions

Each position can carry its own prize, described in whatever terms you use — cash, bonuses, physical items. The widget shows the prize alongside the position, so viewers can see what they're competing for without asking.

When a recurring board rolls over, the finished period is kept rather than overwritten, so past winners remain verifiable.

Tournaments, when a ranking isn't enough

For head-to-head formats there are bracket tournaments — slot battles by buy or by spin count, with matches, rounds and a live bracket widget. Participants can be drawn into the bracket by raffle, which is itself a piece of stream content.

The match, bracket and standings each have their own overlay, so you can put the relevant one on screen as the format moves.

Recurring boards

A leaderboard can be a one-off or recur weekly or monthly. When a period ends the board rolls over on its own: the finished standings are archived under their dates and a fresh board starts from zero, without you rebuilding anything.

The same board shows in three places at once — the OBS widget, a slide in the slideshow, and your linktree or streamer site — and every one of them reads the same data, so nobody sees a different ranking.
