What it is
CasinoHub widgets are standard browser sources, which means Streamlabs handles them exactly as OBS does — add a Browser Source, paste the URL, position it. There is no separate Streamlabs build and no plugin.
The same applies to the stream layout editor: a saved layout is one URL, and Streamlabs takes it as one source.

The OBS dock is the exception — a custom browser dock is an OBS feature. In Streamlabs you'd keep the dashboard in a browser window instead.
Adding one in Streamlabs
Sources, then Browser Source, then paste the widget URL and set the width and height the Widget Manager shows for it. The background is transparent on its own — there is no CSS to paste and no plugin to install.
Add the layout URL instead of individual widgets and Streamlabs needs exactly one browser source for the whole overlay.
